The personal details you provide will be used only by Kebbell Homes or our advisors in order to collate feedback on the proposals. We will use your details to contact you at your request or to further understand your comments. After the end of the consultation period, your details will not be used by Kebbell Homes or our advisors. Where applicable your contact details may be shared with the relevant management company and/​or managing agent. 

Your details will be kept the end of the consultation period on this site development proposal. Except for our advisors (for example solicitor, planning consultant) your details will not be shared or sold to any other parties.

You have the right to access your personal data by writing to us using the contact form, to have your personal data amended if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to have your personal data deleted if there is no legitimate reason for its continued storage and processing, to object to your personal data being processed and restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
